nice inner plaza, convenient location, interesting building structure
The loudness from traffic and neighboring rooms was disruptive, not to mention the outdated bathroom fixtures and poorly maintained remnants throughout. The WiFi also leaves much to be desired!!!

The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. I appreciated the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast, as well as the modern yet authentic Chilean cuisine at dinner, wonderful!
Limited dining options nearby.

Pleasant and wonderful accommodation with stunning setting not far from the center of Providencia where the bars and restaurants are located.

The superior queen room is modern and has a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. The breakfast options are wonderful and delicious with yoghurt and jams and toast. Magnificent location near public transport and downtown shopping of Providencia, it's residential. There's Fuente Alemana offering takeout approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Stay here and enjoy your Santiago christmas.

The treatment of those who work here is super cordial and polite, they are always at your service if you need them. The aesthetics that the hotel has in general is exquisite. The rooms are comfortable, have everything you need and also are visually beautiful. The breakfast has several options and is very rich (although they lack food for celiacs)
I didn't like that they don't have gluten free options (being that I had requested it before traveling) both in the breakfast and in the meals that the restaurant offers. Once we ordered a dish to the room and they didn't bring it to us as we had requested (he had the fish in batter and I, being a celiac person, couldn't eat it) I had to give the food to my roommate and ask for something else outside the hotel. The food also didn't come at the time we asked the person in charge of the restaurant. I think the pool part is beautiful but too small to be comfortable (not all of it is tight)

Try to sample the unique modern Chilean cuisine at dinner. The flavors stand out from typical hotel fare.

Location: the hotel was just off many nice restaurants and Santiago. Our venue room was new-fashioned and spotless with noisey air conditioning.

Our rooms were brand-new, bed was comfy, the view was exceptionally good. Fresh fruit, cereal, toast, fresh bread and cakes were a nice touch. The breakfast was rich, the check in was easy.

The breakfast was generous and fresh.
The room had a strong chemical smell that was overwhelming. The bathroom was in poor condition, with rusty fixtures and peeling caulking. I also experienced issues with the WiFi, as the code provided was incorrect and very frustrating.

warmth and attention of all staff without exception. building is beautiful in its style and spaces are very well cared for. complimentary tea and coffee in the room and in the common areas. cafeteria that works on the corner and belongs to the hotel with excellent service.
access from the street is only possible by stairs. I arrived nobody saw me and they didn't help me with the luggage until I called a concierge and he came to my aid, apologizing for not having been attentive. room ( unique ) first assigned (507) didn't have windows except a small skylight in a corner, I asked for change because it produced claustrophobia. first night they gave me a double superior and next day they gave me another unique, 502, with wide windows from floor to ceiling, just like the picture, oh surprise, windows were fixed and there was no way to have natural ventilation, because you could only have the air equipment on all the time and it gave me a strong allergy, added to the fact that all the pillows were made of feathers. cafeteria only works until 19 and restaurant until 22; 30 because when I arrived (22; 15) I could not have any service available,

fantastic central hub for exploring santiago's best attractions
I really enjoyed my stay as it was a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of everything I wanted to see, and having the university close by made it easy to explore the area on foot.

Hotel Bonaparte is unusual in the authentic interest it takes in each guest. On a prior visit, I had an early airplane flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:15 am. Someone got up and prepared a sandwich and coffee for me, though I hadn't requested that or expected it. On this second visit, even though I had only been to the Bonaparte one time previous almost a year earlier, I was recognized in Reception. The hotel made me feel valued. I will always try to stay at the Bonaparte and will recommend it to friends. I am a very constant business traveler in Latin America and I think the Bonaparte is a unique value.

The hotel staff is slow to responses and tends to give you the answer you want to hear, not the correct response. They do not appear to be very happy in their work.

Family with children good
The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, pães, and juices, it set us up for our days of exploring. One night I had this delicious meat dish, it was so good I got a little too excited and ordered seconds.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for the overall experience it was still acceptable.
