nice inner plaza, convenient location, interesting building structure

The rooms could undergo a full renovation!!! The loudness from traffic and neighboring rooms was disruptive, not to mention the outdated bathroom fixtures and poorly maintained remnants throughout. The WiFi also leaves much to be desired!!!

I had a delightful experience at Park Plaza Bonaparte Boutique. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. I truly appreciated the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast, as well as the modern yet authentic Chilean cuisine at dinner, which was simply wonderful!

The breakfast was generous and fresh.

The room had a strong chemical smell that was overwhelming. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, with rusty fixtures and peeling caulking. I also experienced issues with the WiFi, as the code provided was incorrect and very frustrating.

I really enjoyed my stay as it was a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of everything I wanted to see, and having the university close by made it easy to explore the area on foot.

The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, pães, and juices, it set us up for our days of exploring. One night I had this delicious meat dish, it was so good I got a little too excited and ordered seconds.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the overall experience it was still acceptable.

the hotel was almost charming, but the bed lamps didn't work, and the pool had leaves just floating around like they were on vacation too. i thought some special treatment woudl’ve been nice, maybe a complimentary drink for my troubles? but alas, just too average. might consider elsewhere next time.

The bedroom was too noisy, yet the meat dish I ordered was delicious.

The room was really comfortable and spacious, and the staff quickly resolved an issue we had with the shower while giving great restaurant recommendations. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool, and relaxing in the garden area was a nice touch too. The only downside was that the lobby was closed for repairs, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 😊

Charming hotel, very friendly staff, with a beautifully maintained breakfast area featuring a variety of fresh fruits and a cozy, comfortable room perfect for restful sleep after a day of exploring the nearby attractions easily accessible by public transportation.

Thoroughly pleased

I had an excellent stay with great spacious rooms featuring wooden floors and air conditioning. The breakfast was a delightful spread, with fresh fruit and various options to fuel my adventures. The outdoor pool area was also a lovely spot to unwind after exploring the charming Providencia neighborhood.

Minor maintenance issues.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a quiet residential area, which I loved. not really close to the tourist spots, but it was a decent 15-min walk.
